Registration is directly through the Camp Horizon "Registration Dashboard".  The link is on our home page, under Guest Login, and directly below.  From this dashboard you can create your account, update your contact information, update flight information, request linens, communicate special needs, and donations made here will be distributed as directed by the FMBS committee.

REGISTRATION DASHBOARD

If you receive mail from Camp Horizon you may already have an account.  Call us or send a message to info@camphorizon.org to get a login for your account.  Otherwise, just create a new account.  We do not use the age for adult groups - so that is optional.  Use Graduate for the grade.  That lets us know that you are an adult.  The address, primary phone, and primary email is provided for all registered guests to the FMBS committee each week.  The primary email is where confirmation is sent and any documents (schedules, notes, etc) that the committee wishes to provide before you arrive. So use an email address that you actually check.

LOGIN OR CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT

CHOOSE:  ADD A PROGRAM  (That means register for an event) and select CAMP HORIZON EVENTS. 
you should see FMBS Guest as an option.  


AFTER YOU REGISTER - OPTIONAL THINGS TO DO BACK AT THE DASHBOARD

  1. $ FINANCIAL: You can pay all or part of your tuition and make donations for the FMBS using credit cards or checking. YOU CAN ALSO PAY IN PERSON ON ARRIVAL
  2. FORMS - Camper Profile: This is where food allergies can be recorded.  Not everything here applies to adults or adult events.  But everyone eats and lots of adults have dietary restrictions. There are no required fields on this form.  
  3. FORMS - FMBS: This is where you request linens, make special requests (committee or camp), and instructions for Flight Information is here. You can also volunteer to do airport runs.
    There are no required fields on this form.
  4. OPTIONAL ITEMS - Transport: If you need transportation from the airport, this is where you enter your flight information.  Choose Airport Transport, then a new button appears called FLIGHTS.  The transport folks will get an email with all the flight information that is provided so that they can organize volunteer drivers.
  5. OPTIONAL ITEMS - Buddy: This is where you can put roommate requests.

SPOUSES COMING TO SERVE
If a spouse is coming, you can add her as a CONTACT from the dashboard, but we have to add her as Retreat Staff. Send us an email or give us a call.
